PureFormatter does not collect or store the code, text, or content you paste into the formatters. All formatting logic executes entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your pasted input and output never leave your device.
Depending on your cookie choices, we may use analytics and advertising services that process limited technical data such as page views, approximate location, browser type, device information, ad interactions, and consent preferences. This data is used to measure site performance, keep the service secure, and support the free service with advertising.
Analytics and advertising data is handled according to your consent settings and the policies of the third-party services involved, including Google. Your pasted formatter input and output are not included in analytics, ads, logs, or third-party requests.

Third-Party Services and Data Processing
PureFormatter may be hosted on a CDN (Content Delivery Network) that logs standard web server access logs for security and performance purposes. These logs do not contain your code or formatted output. Such logs typically include information such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamps, and number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
We integrate Google AdSense to help fund the free service. AdSense may collect and process personal data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted by your consent settings and applicable law.
Google may use first-party cookies, third-party cookies, or other identifiers to compile data about ad impressions and interactions on this website. These services do not receive the code or text you paste into PureFormatter tools.
You can manage how Google advertises to you using the Google Ads Settings page. You may also opt out through supported industry opt-out tools or browser-level privacy controls.

Data Retention
Because we do not collect your code or personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete from our servers. Your formatting history exists only in your browser's session memory and is discarded when you close the tab or navigate away from the page. We have no records of what code you formatted, when, or how often.
However, third-party advertising partners such as Google may retain data collected through cookies and similar technologies in accordance with their own data retention policies. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
